MOBILE GAME DEVELOPMENT

Mobile games for iOS and Android.

We develop mobile games with Unity and native tools. Start with a playable prototype, then build out controls, multiplayer, monetization, and live events for release.

Mobile game development: scope of work.

We agree on the deliverables for your project. These are the areas we can help with.

Game design & prototyping

We test the core gameplay in a playable prototype before committing to production development.

Cross-platform builds

We build for iOS and Android from a shared codebase, with controller support, haptics, and settings for different device capabilities.

Multiplayer & backend

We develop real-time or asynchronous multiplayer, matchmaking, leaderboards, and cloud saves, then test them under load.

Monetization & live-ops

We integrate in-app purchases, rewarded ads, battle passes, and event tools. Analytics and remote configuration let you adjust monetization without a new app release.

Performance and game feel

We profile frame rates and loading times, then refine controls, animations, and feedback on real devices.

Launch & store assets

We prepare trailers, screenshots, and a soft-launch plan so you can test the game before a wider release.

$ ./build --steps

How we approach the work.

We plan the scope with you and review progress together as the work develops.

  1. Core-loop workshop

We define the core gameplay loop and how purchases or advertising fit into it.
  2. Playable prototype

We aim to put a playable build in your hands within weeks, so you can test the idea before investing in full production.
  3. Core gameplay and content

We agree on the feel of the game, then develop its levels, art, and supporting systems.
  4. Soft launch & tune

We release in selected markets and review onboarding, retention, and monetization before increasing marketing spend.
  5. Global launch & grow

We prepare the worldwide release and plan the events, seasons, and updates that follow.

Questions, answered.

Unity is our default for mobile games. We consider native development for a very lightweight game or features that need close integration with the platform. The choice depends on the game you want to build.

Yes. We build both real-time and asynchronous multiplayer, including matchmaking. Where the game needs server-side checks against cheating, we can use an authoritative server. We also plan how the game behaves when a connection is lost.

We integrate in-app purchases, rewarded ads, subscriptions, and in-game events, with analytics to track the revenue funnel. We can also set up monetization settings that you can adjust without releasing a new build.

We prepare trailers, store assets, and a soft-launch plan. We can involve an ASO specialist to work on the game’s store listing and search visibility for release.
