MOBILE UX/UI DESIGN

Mobile app design you can test before development.

We research user needs, design the interface, and build interactive prototypes. Testing the main flows early helps the team address usability problems before implementation.

Mobile UX/UI design: scope of work.

We agree on the deliverables for your project. These are the areas we can help with.

UX research & flows

We use interviews, journey maps, and information architecture to understand user needs and plan the product.

High-fidelity UI

We design detailed interfaces with a clear visual hierarchy, platform conventions, and accessibility in mind.

Design system

We create reusable design tokens and components to keep screens consistent as the product develops.

Interactive prototypes

We build clickable prototypes with motion and interactions, then test them with users before development.

Usability testing

We observe people using the prototype, identify difficulties, and revise the design based on what we learn.

Design handoff

We provide specifications, assets, and interaction documentation for the engineers implementing the design.

$ ./build --steps

How we approach the work.

We plan the scope with you and review progress together as the work develops.

  1. Understand users

We interview users and map their tasks to understand what the product needs to support.
  2. Explore & decide

We explore design directions and explain the reasoning behind the proposed approach.
  3. Make it clickable

We create an interactive prototype with the main flows and motion.
  4. Validate with users

We test the prototype with users and address usability problems before development.
  5. Specifications and handoff

We hand over the design, specifications, and assets, and clarify implementation questions.

Questions, answered.

A prototype lets you test how people move through the app before committing to the full build. You can change and test the flows while they are still designs, which helps identify problems before they reach production code.

Yes. We can bring design and development specialists into the same project. We coordinate the design work and implementation so the people building the app have the specifications they need.

Yes. We can design within your existing brand and design system, or help create a system if you need one. We use it to keep the app’s screens and components consistent.

We account for contrast, touch-target sizes, text resizing, and screen-reader use as we design the app. These requirements form part of the design work.
