How we develop your product.

6 stages from discovery to release.
You take part in planning and review the work.

discover() — Discovery and planning

We identify your users, product goals, and constraints, then agree on the scope of the first release.

done~1 weekworkshops · specs

design() — Design and prototype

We create wireframes and detailed prototypes, then test the main flows with users on real devices before development.

done~2 weeksFigma · prototypes

build() — Development sprints

We work in two-week sprints and share a working build every Friday. You review progress and help decide what to develop next.

doneongoingSwift · Kotlin · Unity

verify() — AI integration and testing

Where the product needs on-device machine learning, we integrate and tune the models. We test performance, edge cases, and stability across devices.

done~1 weekCore ML · device farm

ship() — Release and rollout

We prepare store submissions, roll out updates in stages, and monitor the app as users begin using it.

done~1 weekTestFlight · CI/CD

grow() — ASO and further development

After launch, we review analytics, run experiments, and improve store listings. What we learn helps set priorities for future releases.

Working with PkDeveloper.

Designers and engineers work together.
You speak directly with the people doing the work.

Experienced engineers

Our engineers have at least 8 years of experience releasing production apps. You work directly with the people writing and reviewing the code.

Design, development, and ASO

The same team can handle UX, engineering, and app store optimization, keeping product decisions connected throughout the work.

A working build every Friday

We work in two-week sprints and share a working build every Friday so you can review progress and discuss the next steps.

Support after launch

We can continue with ASO, analytics, and further releases after your app reaches the stores.

Questions, answered.

the short version —
deeper answers live on each service page.

We usually work by the hour with a dedicated team. For an agreed, fixed scope, we can quote a fixed price. You can explore example team costs on our pricing page.

After a 30-minute scoping call, we usually propose a team and hourly rate within one business day. We aim to start within a week. The call helps us work out the scope and who needs to be involved.

You own the code and intellectual property in our work from the first commit. We put the assignment in the contract and keep the repositories in your organization, so you can continue development with your own team.

We aim for a few hours of overlap with your working day for meetings, demos, and work that needs a live conversation. We handle the rest asynchronously and track progress on a shared board.

We offer ASO, analytics reviews, A/B tests, and further feature development after launch. We use what we learn about usage and retention to decide what to work on next.
