We work in two-week sprints and share a working build every Friday. You can review progress and discuss priorities with the team.Adjust the team
Add a specialist for a particular phase or reduce a role when there is less work. Changes take effect with one week's notice, and you pay for the hours you book.
$ ls ./included
What the engagement includes.
Your team works with shared communication, progress reporting, and clear ownership of the project.
Named engineers
You work with the same engineers across sprints, so they stay familiar with the product and its code.
Direct communication
A shared Slack channel keeps discussions with the team in one place. We work asynchronously and arrange overlap for meetings and demos.
Friday working builds
You receive a working build every Friday through TestFlight or an internal testing track. Production releases follow the agreed release plan.
Code and design ownership
You own the project's code and designs from the first commit. We put IP assignment in the contract, keep repositories in your organization, and document the handover.
Itemized hours
A shared dashboard records time by person and task so you can see where the work goes.
No recruiting fees
You do not pay recruiting fees or employee benefits and severance costs. The minimum engagement is two weeks; after that, you can pause with one week's notice.
